Rio take home Architect award

Cardiff Property Awards announced Rio as the winner of the Architect category at the awards lunch on the 10th of November, with Chris Taylor and Claudio Couto picking up the award for the team at the Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel.

“Its significant urban regeneration work has helped bring vibrancy back to the city, reflecting and enabling the new ways of living post-pandemic.”

Cardiff Property Awards

We are delighted to receive this award. It has been an incredible couple of years for our super-talented team at Rio, working on numerous exciting schemes within the city, most notably securing planning approvals for two of the largest redevelopment schemes in South Wales in a generation – Central Quay and Atlantic Wharf.

We have also secured several high-profile schemes, notably a ground-breaking 46-storey co-living tower in Canary Wharf. We always strive to exceed expectations by focusing on creative, innovative, and unexpected ways to add value, delivering architecture of the highest calibre, and this award is a testament to this.””
