We’ve grown again – meet Ben and Rhys

We’re pleased to introduce two new members to our growing team.

Ben joins us with a passion for uncovering meaningful design solutions through examining the technical aspects of structures and design methodologies. His journey began in a hands-on role as a Junior CAD Technician, before graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University with First Class Honours and receiving an industry award recognising his achievements.

Ben has a well-rounded skillset through his work across the residential sector, including new-build apartments, housing estates, later-life care facilities, and retrofit projects involving listed buildings.

Rhys brings a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to design that balances creativity with functionality. With experience in the residential, social housing, and extra care sectors, he has strengths in concept development and visual communication, skills that help clients explore construction options and make confident, informed decisions.

Rhys’s collaborative approach and clear communication support strong working relationships within teams and with clients, making him a thoughtful and effective contributor to our team.
