Understanding that even the smallest design decisions can have a significant impact on user experience and building performance, Ben is motivated to examine technical aspects of structures and design methodologies to reveal meaningful solutions that improve a building’s functionality.

His interest in Architectural Design and Technology began with a hands-on role as a Junior CAD Technician. He completed his degree, graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University with First Class Honours and receiving an industry award.

His experience in the residential sector includes new-build apartments, housing estates, later-life care facilities, and retrofit works on listed buildings. This has resulted in a well-rounded skillset and an appreciation for contemporary and conservation-led design approaches.
