One Central Square winner of RICS National Awards
Rio Architects is delighted that our design for One Central Square in Cardiff has won the RICS National Award 2017 in the Commercial Category.
The awards ceremony took place in London and follows the recent project successes at a regional level in both the RICS and BCO Awards.
Our close working relationship with Rightacres Property Company and their team has delivered a landmark facility that has raised the bar for office design in Wales and acted as a catalyst for the regeneration of the wider Central Square masterplan.
One Central Square completed in 2016 and provides 135,000ft2 Breeam Excellent Grade A speculative office space in the heart of the Welsh Capital.
