Cwrt Eos

Cwrt Eos is a development of 27 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes for Pobl Group. It was part of three pilot cooperative housing schemes in Wales.

Our design approach centred on delivering homes that create a strong sense of pride and ownership among the residents. We actively engaged the future residents throughout the process with regular and varied consultations.

They were involved in choosing their plots at an early stage so that they could feel fully engaged in the design of their home. They chose the finishes for their kitchens and bathrooms and were encouraged to create neighbourhood groups, giving them first-hand involvement in the maintenance of the grounds and their properties.

We designed the homes to be modern and welcoming, with an open and inclusive site plan to encourage community engagement.
