As an Associate Director at Rio, he has considerable industry experience in the design and delivery of complex and award-winning buildings. His leadership, drive, and focus have been critical in shaping the design process.

With a diverse career path, Lee has cultivated expertise in the commercial, workspace, residential, industrial, health, research and development and education sectors. He is an expert at guiding clients through every phase of a project, from its inception to completion.

Lee’s exceptional leadership has been evident in the successful delivery of some of our most notable and award-winning projects, including Carmarthen Provisions Market, the iconic One Central Square in Cardiff, and the STEAM Academy for Bridgend College. He has infused our studio with an outstanding work ethic. He prioritises well-being, collaboration, and creativity to drive higher standards and consistently improve performance.
