Committed to providing opportunities for graduates as Rio welcomes Brad to the studio

We’re pleased to welcome Bradley Horner to the practice this month as a Part I Architectural Assistant.

Brad comes to us from the Welsh School of Architecture at Cardiff University, bringing his interest in social wellbeing, care, and community interaction to the team. Brad will be helping us deliver several redevelopment projects, where he’ll assist us in improving the building fabric and addressing net-zero requirements for our clients.

As we celebrate our 25th year, our team continues to grow, and we remain committed to providing opportunities for graduates. Brad is the most recent graduate to join us on placement this year, and we’re proud to actively support and develop individuals at various stages of their careers. This support includes investing in the growth and education of our team, as well as offering mentorship opportunities that enable them to flourish both personally and professionally.
