Ffion joined Rio in 2014 as an Architect and eight years later became a member of the board of directors.

Within the studio, Ffion’s positive outlook and passion for delivering the best is infectious. Her personable and engaging demeanour is central to getting the best out of people, and she can effortlessly pull teams together to create outcomes that go beyond our client’s expectations. Passionate about delivering buildings which impact the way people live and interact with their surroundings, Ffion is committed to designing places that are deliverable and reflect the initial vision, requiring a detailed technical understanding at early project stages so that our designs are not only exemplary but also commercially viable and deliverable.

Beyond her roles as an Architect and a Director, Ffion promotes networking and collaboration within the property and construction industry as the incumbent Chair of the fbe Cambria Committee, allowing her to raise money for her chosen charity for the year – Kids Cancer Charity.
