We asked Francesca how she felt about joining the Rio team, 

"I'm really excited to be joining the staff at Rio. There's such a great energy and positive attitude here - I couldn't have asked for a better welcome. It's exciting to be part of a team of people who are so driven and focused, and on my very first day I was able to witness and celebrate the success of that hard work. It is a great opportunity for me to develop my skills and I couldn't be happier to be part of the team."
